Omschrijving
"Land- en Zeezicht". Houten poortpalen waarop naam. IJzeren hek en eigen oprijweg. Woonhuis in gele baksteen met hoog pannen zadeldak. Geprofileerde goot op klossen. Dicht bijeen liggende staafankers. 20-ruits schuifvensters met 2-paneelluiken. Rode strekken boven ramen. Omlijste voordeur met natuurstenen stoeptreden. Steen boven voordeur met: "De eerste steen van dit gebouw is gelegd door Jonkheer Versluijs, juni 1823". Zomerhuis bij woonhuis in gele stenen met pannen zadeldak. Vrijstaand zwart geteerde houten schuur. Witte omrandingen met pannen wolfdak. XIX A.

"Land- en Zeezicht". Wooden gate posts with name. Iron gate and private drive. Dwelling house in yellow brick with high tiled gabled roof. Moulded gutter on corbels. Closely spaced rod wall anchors. 20-pane sash windows with 2-panel shutters. Red bands above windows. Framed front door with natural stone steps. Stone above front door with: "The first stone of this building was laid by Jonkheer Versluijs, June 1823". Summer house next to dwelling house in yellow stone with tiled gabled roof. Detached black tarred wooden shed. White borders with tiled half-hipped roof. First half of 19th century.
