"De Rijnschans"; gepleisterd pand met verdieping (XIXc) onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt omlopend schilddak; gevels afgesloten met eenvoudige 22-zesruits schuifvensters; in de N.gevel voorts vier halfrond gesloten kelderlichten met diefijzers en twee ronde vensters; in het midden van de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (Z.gevel) voorts een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht en omsloten door gecanneleerde pilasters afgedekt door kroonlijst met tandlijst; in de W.gevel voorts een deur met bovenlicht, twee gedeelde vensters en getoogde (garage) deuren; in totaal drie dakkapellen met twee 6-ruits draairamen.

"De Rijnschans"; plastered building with storey (XIXc) beneath an encircling hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles; façades closed with simple 22 six-pane sash windows; in the N. façade furthermore four half-round closed cellar lights with anti-theft bars and two round windows; in the middle of the symmetrically arranged front façade (S. façade) furthermore a double panel door with fanlight and enclosed by fluted pilasters topped by cornice with dentil moulding; in the W. façade furthermore a door with fanlight, two divided windows and arched (garage) doors; in total three roof dormers with two 6-pane casement windows.
