Blijkens de gevelankers uit 1659 daterende, doch in oorsprong nog oudere duinboerderij, genaamd het "Het Blaeuwe Huus", bestaande uit een bakstenen woonhuis onder met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak met rechts voor een onderkelderde opkamer en aan de linkerzijde voor een laag aangekapte aanbouw met klein boogvenstertje en achter een hoog aangekapte aanbouw met dubbelvenster.
De blauwgekalkte voorgevel met zwarte plint is rijk gedetailleerd en bevat drie ontlastingsbogen boven een zes-, een vier-ruitsschuifvenster en de ingangsdeur met snijraam; voorts de jaartalankers, fraai gesmede sierankers en staafankers, alsmede een waterlijst met muizetand en rollaag, vlechtingen en een trapgevelvormige bekroning; rechts de vierkante vensters van kelder en opkamer.
De linkerzijgevel - waarop sporen van een blauwe kalklaag - bevat een zij-ingang tussen de aangekapte uitbouwen.
De blauw gekalkte rechterzijgevel bevat een laag zesruitsvenster.
De brandmuur aan de achterzijde - waarop eertijds de houten schuur aansloot - is voorzien van staafankers.
Inwendig resteren in het voor- en middengedeelte fragmenten van de oudere ankerbalkconstructie, naast moer- en kinderbalken, en in het achtergedeelte eenvoudig geprofileerde balken; voorts drie stookplaatsen en in de scheidingswand tussen het midden- en achtergedeelte een zesruitsvenster. In de tongewelfde kelder drie kaarsnissen.
Opmerkelijk gedetailleerde boerderij van belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde, wegens de ouderdom en de vele bewaard gebleven bouwhistorische details alsook uit typologisch oogpunt als een der laatste resterende duinboerderijen.

Description
According to the gable anchors dating from 1659, but originally older dune farmhouse, named "Het Blaeuwe Huus", consisting of a brick dwelling-house under a gabled roof covered with red tiles, with on the right front a cellaraged upper room and on the left side front a low attached extension with small arched window and rear a high attached extension with double window.
The blue-whitewashed front facade with black plinth is richly detailed and contains three relieving arches above a six-, a four-pane sash window and the entrance door with transom window; furthermore the date anchors, finely wrought ornamental anchors and bar anchors, as well as a drip moulding with mouse-tooth and roll moulding, brickwork patterns and a stepped-gable-shaped crest; on the right the square windows of cellar and upper room.
The left side facade - showing traces of a blue whitewash layer - contains a side entrance between the attached extensions.
The blue-whitewashed right side facade contains a low six-pane window.
The party wall at the rear - to which the wooden shed was once attached - is provided with bar anchors.
Interiorly, fragments of the older tie-beam construction remain in the front and middle sections, alongside girders and beams, and in the rear section simply moulded beams; furthermore three fireplaces and in the partition wall between the middle and rear sections a six-pane window. In the barrel-vaulted cellar three candle niches.
Remarkably detailed farmhouse of importance due to architectural and cultural-historical value, due to its age and the many preserved building-historical details as well as from a typological point of view as one of the last remaining dune farmhouses.
