Breed pand, waarvan de voorgevel in- en uitzwenkende zijkanten heeft en bekroond wordt door een kroonlijst met Lod. XV-consoles en een fronton met beeldhouwwerk, waarin een cartouche met het bouwjaar: 1774.
Deuromlijsting met deur, kalf en bovenlicht, Lod. XV. Vensters met schuiframen. Aan de achterzijde een puntgevel met vlechtingen. Vormt een geheel met buurnummer 13.

Broad building, whose front facade has in- and outswept sides and is crowned by a cornice with Louis XV consoles and a pediment with sculptural work, containing a cartouche with the building year: 1774.
Door surround with door, frame and fanlight, Louis XV. Windows with sash windows. At the rear a pointed gable with wattle work. Forms a unit with number 13.
