Bejaardencomplex Rustoord I. Complex bejaardenwoningen, waarvan een deel in 1893 en een deel in 1895 is ontstaan. Het complex heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, is opgetrokken uit donkere baksteen en wordt gedekt door een met pannen belegd zadeldak, Het vertoont een regelmatige indeling van gepanselde houten deuren met bovenlicht en 6-ruitsschuifvensters, waarboven ontlastingsbogen met in de spaarvelden siermetselwerk. Enige onderbreking in de herhaling van deuren en vensters vormen de twee risalerende en van niet- identieke topgevels voorziene gedeelten met respectievelijk het opschrift: 18 Rustoord 93 en 18 Rustoord 95 Plint onderlangs en eenvoudige geprofileerde gootlijst bovenlangs de voorgevel; staafankers. De achterzijde vertoont een eenvoudige indeling met o.a. zesruitsvensters. Gebouw behorende tot de kolonie-gebouwen van de Maatschappij van Weldadigheid. Description
Rest home complex Rustoord I. Complex of rest home dwellings, part of which was created in 1893 and part in 1895. The complex has a rectangular plan, is built of dark brick and is covered by a tiled gabled roof. It shows a regular layout of panelled wooden doors with fanlight and 6-light sash windows, above which relieving arches with decorative brickwork in the spandrels. Some interruption in the repetition of doors and windows is formed by the two projecting sections provided with non-identical gable tops with respectively the inscription: 18 Rustoord 93 and 18 Rustoord 95 Plinth along the bottom and simple moulded gutter moulding along the top of the front facade; bar anchors. The rear shows a simple layout with among others six-light windows. Building belonging to the colony buildings of the Maatschappij van Weldadigheid.
