PAND, dat zijn monumentale waarde uitsluitend ontleend aan het voor- en achterhuis, alsmede de werfkelder. Vroeg 17e eeuws voorhuis, 18e eeuws achterhuis. Gepleisterde lijstgevel, waarvan de kroonlijst versierd is met trigliefen en tandlijst. Deur met hoofdgestel, gedragen door gebeeldhouwde voluten. De van Empirepanelen voorziene deur heeft aan de binnenzijde nog drie 17e eeuwse gehengen. Onder het pand enige achter elkaar gesitueerde kelders met tongewelven, ten dele uit de late middeleeuwen. De voorste is de onder de straat gelegen werfkelder, die aan de werfzijde wordt afgesloten door een balie. Inwendig bezit het huis o.a. een hal en gang met marmeren plavuizen en marmeren plint. De hal heeft bovendien een stucplafond uit het einde van de 18e of het begin van de 19e eeuw. In het voorhuis een 17e eeuwse spiltrap met tot handgreep ingesneden trappaal en op de verdieping een balusterversiering. De kapconstructie is ten dele nog in de 17e eeuwse vorm aanwezig.

Description
BUILDING, which derives its monumental value exclusively from the front and rear house, as well as the yard cellar. Early 17th century front house, 18th century rear house. Plastered cornice-topped facade, of which the cornice is decorated with triglyphs and dentil moulding. Door with pediment, supported by carved volutes. The door furnished with Empire panels still has three 17th century hinges on the inside. Beneath the building are several cellars situated one behind the other with barrel vaults, partly from the late Middle Ages. The foremost is the yard cellar situated beneath the street, which is closed off on the yard side by a counter. Internally the house possesses, among other features, a hall and corridor with marble paving and marble skirting. The hall also has a stucco ceiling from the end of the 18th or beginning of the 19th century. In the front house a 17th century spiral stair with stair rail carved to form a handrail and on the upper storey a baluster decoration. The roof truss structure is partly still present in the 17th century form.
