"Eik en Dal", een in de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw tot burgerwoning gemetamorfoseerde oudere L-vormige boerderij, van belang als hoekoplossing van de kruising Rijksstraatweg-Ubbergense Dijk. Voorhuis met souterrain en bel-etage onder schilddak, achterhuis met onderbouw en zijbalkon. Gevels gepleisterd en voorzien van zwaar lijstwerk rond de vensters en uitspringende horizontale banden en decoratief werk aan de achterbouw. Hekwerk langs de straatweg en de Ubbergense Dijk.

Description
"Eik en Dal", an older L-shaped farmhouse metamorphosed into a residence in the second half of the 19th century, significant as a corner solution at the junction of Rijksstraatweg-Ubbergense Dijk. Front house with basement and principal floor under a hipped roof, rear house with underbuild and side balcony. Facades plastered and furnished with heavy moulding round the windows and projecting horizontal bands and decorative work on the rear building. Fencing along the road and the Ubbergense Dijk.
