Omschrijving
"Oubergzicht", wit gepleisterde VILLA gebouwd in de stijl van een Zwitsers chalet, bestaande uit hoofdblok, achterbouw en serre. Begane-gronds rondboogvensters met spiegelluiken, op de verdieping openslaande deuren met blinden, uitkomend op een rondom de vrije zijden van het hoofdblok door schoren gedragen balkon. Ver overstekend flauw hellend zadeldak, uitwendig zichtbare geschoorde gording en houten beschieting tegen de geveltoppen. Spijlenhekwerk langs de straatweg ca.1900-1910.

Description
"Oubergzicht", white-rendered VILLA built in the style of a Swiss chalet, consisting of main block, rear building and conservatory. Ground floor round-arched windows with mirrored shutters, on the upper storey French doors with blinds, opening onto a balcony carried by braces around the free sides of the main block. Far-projecting gently sloping gabled roof, externally visible braced collar-tie and wooden boarding against the gable ends. Spindled railings along the street road circa 1900-1910.
