"Avalon", wit gepleisterde villa met verdieping onder een flauw hellend zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel langs de straatweg, die een door een zadeldak gedekt smal middenrisaliet bezit. Tegen het risaliet een uitgebouwde ingangspartij waarboven een overdekt balkon. Dakruiter op de kruising van de daknokken. Datering ca.1870. Uitgebouwde houten serre met balkon ca.1890 toegevoegd tegen de oostelijke zijgevel. Spijlenhekwerk, langs de straatweg.

"Avalon", white-rendered villa with upper storey beneath a gently sloping gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the front facade along the street, which has a narrow central projection covered by a gabled roof. Projecting wooden conservatory with balcony circa 1890 added against the eastern side facade. Spindled railings along the street.
