Voormalig koetshuis met dienstwoningen van Huize Waalheuvel met hekwerk langs de straatweg. Blokvormig pand met het koetshuis op de begane grond, een onderbouw aan de veldzijde en woonruimte op de verdieping. Een pseudo-hoektoren met toegangsdeur tot de bovenwoning verleent het bouwblok architectonisch een accent. Ca.1900.

Description
Former coach house with servant's dwellings of Huize Waalheuvel with railings along the street. Block-shaped building with the coach house on the ground floor, a basement on the garden side and living space on the upper storey. A pseudo-corner tower with an entrance door to the upper dwelling gives the building block an architectural accent. Circa 1900.
