Omschrijving
Tezamen met Dorpstraat 10 in 1704 gebouwd agrarisch complex in baksteen, waarvan het middendeel in 1807 na verhoging en na dichtmetseling van een poort, werd bestemd tot woonhuis; aan de voorzijde resteert een brede toegang tot het achterterrein; in de voorgevel bevinden zich thans op de begane grond twee 19e-eeuwse vensters met luiken, alsmede de voordeur van de woning; op de verdieping zijn drie vensters aangebracht.
Aan de achterzijde van het woonhuis bevindt zich naast de doorrit een lage gepleisterde uitbouw onder doorlopend dak, alsmede een hoog haaks op het huis gesitueerd gepleisterd gedeelte onder een zadeldak; het gehele dak is met pannen gedekt; op het achterdakvlak twee later toegevoegde vensters.
Op het achterterrein resteren aan drie zijden van een rechthoek gesitueerde vakwerkschuren in baksteen, gedekt door pannen, waarbij de nokken in hoogte verschillen, twee daken zijn voorzien van een zadeldak en een van een lessenaarsdak.

Description
An agricultural complex in brick built together with Dorpstraat 10 in 1704, the central section of which in 1807 after raising and after bricking up a gateway was converted into a dwelling; a wide entrance to the rear grounds remains at the front; in the front façade there are now on the ground floor two 19th-century windows with shutters, as well as the front door of the dwelling; on the upper floor three windows have been installed.
On the rear side of the dwelling there is beside the passage a low rendered extension under continuous roof, as well as a tall rendered section positioned at right angles to the house under a saddle roof; the entire roof is covered with tiles; on the rear roof slope two later added windows.
On the rear grounds timber-framed barns in brick remain situated on three sides of a rectangle, covered with tiles, whereby the roof ridges differ in height, two roofs have a saddle roof and one has a lean-to roof.
