Omschrijving
"Kettinghoeve". Boerderij van het langhuistype; topgevel met vlechtingen. Schuifvensters met kleine roedenverdeling, strekken, ontlastingsbogen; de voordeur van het gedeeltelijk onderkelderde woonhuis bevindt zich in de afgewolfde voorgevel. Opschrift "'t Huys Vermuyden". De aangebouwde stenen schuur met riet gedekt. Een stenen zomerhuis met pannen gedekt, met in lengterichting aangebouwde stal of schuurruimte. Houten lattenhek tussen bakstenen poortpijlers op bakstenen keermuren. Natuurstenen afdekking, bekroond met bol.

"Kettinghoeve". Farmhouse of the long-house type; gable with wickerwork. Sash windows with small glazing bars, lintels, relieving arches; the front door of the partially cellared dwelling house is located in the curved-away front facade. Inscription "'t Huys Vermuyden". The adjoining stone barn with thatch. A stone summerhouse with tile roof, with stall or storage space adjoining in the length direction. Wooden lattice fence between brick gate pillars on brick retaining walls. Natural stone coping, crowned with a ball finial.
