Eenbeukige neogotische kruiskerk in sobere baksteenvormen met een toren, bekroond door een naaldspits. Houten tongewelven.
Neogotische mergelstenen kapel in kruisvorm op het kerkhof, bekroond door een fioel en omgeven door schoorbogen.
In de kerk een orgel met Hoofdwerk en Positief, in 1853 gemaakt door A. Clerinx. Grafmonument van Joh. Adolf van Imstenraedt, 1668, en Christina Sophia de Loe 1693. Fragment van een altaarsteen. In de kapel van de familie de Loe: zerk met beeltenis van Gerard van Imstenraedt, 1572, en Agnes van Amstenrade, 1600; zerk van Winand van Imstenraedt, 1622, en Mechtildis van den Bonpart, 1643.
Op het kerkhof tien grafkruisen, 17e en 18e eeuw, en het fragment van een grafsteen van pastoor Willem van der Halle, 1678.

Neogothic marl stone chapel in cruciform shape in the churchyard, crowned by a spire and surrounded by flying buttresses.
In the church an organ with Great work and Positive, made in 1853 by A. Clerinx. Monument of Joh. Adolf van Imstenraedt, 1668, and Christina Sophia de Loe 1693. Fragment of an altar stone. In the chapel of the de Loe family: grave slab with effigy of Gerard van Imstenraedt, 1572, and Agnes van Amstenrade, 1600; grave slab of Winand van Imstenraedt, 1622, and Mechtildis van den Bonpart, 1643.
