In 1882 bij de R.K. Kerk H. Johannes de Doper (1875-'76, A. Tepe; reeds beschermd, onder nummer 39002) in neo-Renaissance-trant gebouwde PASTORIE, door middel van een tussenlid met de kerk verbonden.
De pastorie is op T-vormige grondslag opgetrokken in baksteen. Alle gevels zijn voorzien van zesruitsschuifvensters met rondboognissen, gevuld met siermetselwerk, en van sierankers, tandfriezen en gemetselde ruitvormige motieven.
Het twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping tellende voorhuis is gebouwd onder dwars leien zadeldak tussen trapgevels met ezelsrugafdekkingen en in de toppen een spitsboogvormige boognis. De voorgevel bevat een middenrisaliet, dat de hoofdingang met stoep bevat en door een soortgelijke trapgevel wordt bekroond.
De achterbouw telt een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een hoog, leien wolfdak met dakkapellen.

Description
RECTORY built in 1882 at the R.C. Church of H. John the Baptist (1875-'76, A. Tepe; already protected, under number 39002) in neo-Renaissance style, connected to the church by means of a link.
The rectory is built on a T-shaped ground plan in brick. All facades are provided with six-light sash windows with round-arched recesses, filled with decorative brickwork, and with ornamental wall anchors, dentil friezes and mortared lozenge-shaped motifs.
The front house, counting two storeys and a roof storey, is built under a cross-pitched slated gabled roof between stepped gables with saddle-back cappings and in the tops a pointed-arch recess. The front facade contains a central risalit, which contains the main entrance with a step and is crowned by a similar stepped gable.
The rear block counts one storey and a roof storey under a high slated half-hipped roof with roof dormers.
Characteristic late 19th-century rectory with characteristic neo-Renaissance style, mingled with some pointed-arch forms, of importance as part of the neo-Gothic church of H. John the Baptist.
