KLEINE ZWITSERSE BRUG. Houten brug in zgn. rustieke trant, in schuine richting over de beek in de Zwitserse scene gelegd en omhoog hellend naar de westelijke oever. De brug wordt geschraagd door twee jukken en is voorzien van uit boomstammetjes samengestelde leuningen, waarvan de in oorsprong zeer gecompliceerde vulling is vereenvoudigd tot reeksen diagonale kruisen; de noordelijke leuning zet zich op de westelijke oever een eindweegs voort langs de dalzijde van het pad. De brug is in oorsprong voor 1812 gebouwd.

Description
SMALL SWISS BRIDGE. Wooden bridge in so-called rustic style, laid at an angle over the stream in the Swiss scene and sloping upwards towards the western bank. The bridge is supported by two yokes and is provided with railings composed of small tree trunks, of which the originally very complicated filling has been simplified to series of diagonal crosses; the northern railing extends itself on the western bank a short distance along the downslope side of the path. The bridge was originally built before 1812.
