SLUIS. Smalle, buiten gebruik gestelde schutsluis met houten deuren en bakstenen kolkwanden en in een scheve hoek hierop geplaatste vleugelmuren; de nissen waarin de sluisdeuren passen en de uiteinden van de vleugelmuren zijn voorzien van natuurstenen blokken (in oorsprong midden zeventiende eeuw).

SLUICE. Narrow, disused lock with wooden doors and brick chamber walls and wing walls placed at an oblique angle thereto; the niches in which the lock doors fit and the ends of the wing walls are furnished with blocks of ashlar (originally mid-seventeenth century).
