Omschrijving
Segment van verdedigingswerk vesting Naarden, deel uitmakend van de Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. Het werk bestaat uit een aanleg van aardwerken met natte gracht en bijbehorende bebouwing zoals hierna genoemd.
De aanleg vormt een onderdeel van de verdedigingswerken rond Naarden en omvat een courtine tussen bastion Oranje en bastion Promers, voorliggende natte gracht met daaraan verbonden ravelijn, via een dam.
Op de courtine bevinden zich:
- De Utrechtse Poort (gebouw M). De poort is uitgevoerd als een aardgedekt, bomvrij bouwwerk in eclectische trant. De poort verleent toegang tot de met het ravelijn verbonden uitvalsweg naar Utrecht.
- Houten bergloods (bekend als de Gele loods).
- Een ijzeren brug, als verbinding over de hoofdgracht naar de dam aan het ravelijn.
In de natte gracht voor de courtine bevinden zich:
- Een ravelijn Oranje-Promers, met daarop twee bomvrije wachthuizen (bekend als gebouw Q1 en gebouw P1). De beide bomvrije wachthuizen bevatten legeringsruimten, een kanonremise en een munitiemagazijn.

Description
Segment of fortified work vesting Naarden, forming part of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. The work consists of a layout of earthworks with wet moat and associated structures as named below.
The layout forms part of the fortifications surrounding Naarden and comprises a curtain between bastion Oranje and bastion Promers, adjoining wet moat with a raveline connected to it via a dam.
On the curtain are situated:
- The Utrecht Gate (building M). The gate is executed as an earth-covered, bombproof structure in eclectic style. The gate provides access to the sortie route connected with the raveline towards Utrecht.
- Wooden storage shed (known as the Yellow shed).
- An iron bridge, as a connection over the main moat to the dam at the ravelin.
In the wet moat in front of the curtain are situated:
- A raveline Oranje-Promers, with two bombproof guard houses on it (known as building Q1 and building P1). Both bombproof guard houses contain quarters, a gun remise and an ammunition magazine.
