WESTELIJKE BAZENWONING. De westelijke van de twee - vrijstaand, midden op het terrein gelegen - bazenwoningen is opgetrokken onder pannen zadeldak in hardrode baksteen afgewisseld met witgepleisterde blokken en banden, met lijsten op klossen bij de uitbouwen te weerszijden van de hoofdvleugel - waardoor een min of meer kruisvormige plattegrond is ontstaan - en bij de driezijdige erker, waarnaast de ingang is gesitueerd; de topgevels van de hoofdvleugel zijn voorzien van een getrapt spaarveld met venster en toppilaster terwijl de eindgevels van de dwarsaanbouwen door een fronton worden bekroond, waarvan het veld wordt gevuld door een op een spantconstructie gelijkende decoratie.

Description
WESTERN MANAGER'S DWELLING. The western of the two - freestanding, situated in the middle of the site - managers' dwellings is erected under pantile gabled roof in hard-red brick alternated with whitewashed blocks and bands, with mouldings on corbels at the outbuildings to either side of the main wing - whereby a more or less cruciform plan has been created - and at the three-sided bay window, beside which the entrance is situated; the stepped gables of the main wing are provided with a stepped spandrel with window and top pilaster while the end gables of the cross-annexes are crowned by a pediment, the field of which is filled by a decoration resembling a truss construction.
