GEBOUW III: een in aanleg vermoedelijk eveneens begin 20e-eeuws gebouw - de voormalige z.g. zaal voor daklozen - in 1954 verbouwd en aangepast aan de functie van gieterij; zeer sober uit rode en gele steen opgetrokken verdiepingloos gebouw onder met hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak; schoorsteen; rechtgesloten vijftienruitsramen; dubbele bedrijfsdeuren. Het interieur, met open dakstoel, bevat smeltoven, gieterij, modellenmakerij en rekken met talloze gietmallen. In de gevel een steentje met opschrift P.S.K.G.Z. 1954.

Description
BUILDING III: a building in layout presumably likewise early 20th-century - the so-called hall for the homeless - converted in 1954 and adapted to the function of foundry; very sober constructed from red and yellow brick single-storey building under with Dutch pan tile-covered gabled roof; chimney; straight-headed fifteen-pane windows; double workshop doors. The interior, with open roof truss, contains melting furnace, foundry, pattern making and racks with numerous casting moulds. In the facade a stone with inscription P.S.K.G.Z. 1954.
