Ned. Herv. Weeshuis. Langwerpig gebouw met aan de uiteinden hogere hoekpaviljoens, waarin natuurstenen poortomlijstingen en boven het middengedeelte een fronton met festoenversieringen, geflankeerd door de beelden van een weesjongen en weesmeisje. Zeskantig koepeltorentje op het dak. Het Weeshuis werd gebouwd 1779-1782. In de Regentenkamer goudleerbehang, schouw met stucversiering en stucplafond uit de bouwtijd.

Description
Reformed Orphanage. Elongated building with at the ends higher corner pavilions, containing natural stone door surrounds and above the central section a pediment with festoon decorations, flanked by the figures of an orphan boy and orphan girl. Hexagonal cupola turret on the roof. The Orphanage was built 1779-1782. In the Regents' Room gilt leather wallpaper, mantelpiece with stucco decoration and stucco ceiling from the construction period.
