Uit het laatste kwart der negentiende eeuw daterende villa-achtige woning met verdieping onder samenstel van zadel- en schilddaken, opgetrokken in baksteen, afgewisseld met gele ijsselsteenbanden. Cordonlijst tussen de verdiepingen. Op de beganegrond halfrond afgesloten vensters met eenvoudige omlijsting. Op de verdieping schuifvensters met zesruitsbovenlichten. Twee hoekschoorstenen met smeedijzeren bekroning.

Dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth century, villa-like dwelling with storey under combination of gabled and hipped roofs, constructed in brick, alternated with yellow Ijssel stone bands. String course between the storeys. On the ground floor semicircularly closed windows with simple moulding. On the storey sash windows with six-light fanlights. Two corner chimneys with wrought iron cornice.
