VILLA "Dijkzigt". In het derde kwart van de negentiende eeuw, in de trant van Rose voor de familie van Hoboken, gebouwd landhuis, op rechthoekige plattegrond met op de linkerhoek een achthoekige toren. Kroonlijst met consoles, panelen, rozetten en, rond het bovendeel van de toren, een uitgekraagd boogfries. Inwendig van de oude indeling onder meer bewaard, een trappenhuis in neoclassicistische trant.

Description
VILLA "Dijkzigt". A country house built in the third quarter of the nineteenth century, in the manner of Rose for the family of van Hoboken, on a rectangular plan with an octagonal tower at the left corner. Cornice with consoles, panels, rosettes and, around the upper part of the tower, a corbelled arch frieze. Internally, elements of the original layout have been preserved, including a staircase in neoclassical style.
