Omschrijving
Kathedraal Sint Christoffel. Gotische kruisbasiliek met westtoren, een dwarspand met driezijdige sluitingen en een driebeukig hallenkoor, XV-XVI; tegen de zuidoostelijke sluitingszijde van het dwarspand een uitgebouwde kapel. Inventaris: o.a. renaissance-sacramentsaltaar, 1593; koorbanken, XVI; preekstoel XVIII A; biechtstoelen, XVIII, schilderijen (o.a. een kruisafneming, XVI, in de trant van Jan van Scorel); beelden (o.a. Annatrits, XV, Christoffel); epitaaf van bisschop Angelus d'Ongies door J.P. Baurscheit uit 1705. Kerkhofmuur en twee stel hekpijlers met bekroningen. Klokkenstoel met gelui bestaande uit een klok van Petit & Gebr. Edelbrock, 1894, diam. 192 cm, en vier moderne klokken.

Description
Cathedral Sint Christoffel. Gothic cruciform basilica with west tower, a transept with three-sided closures and a three-aisled hall choir, 15th-16th century; against the south-eastern closure side of the transept an extended chapel. Inventory: among others Renaissance sacrament altar, 1593; choir benches, 16th century; pulpit 18th century first half; confessionals, 18th century, paintings (among others a Descent from the Cross, 16th century, in the manner of Jan van Scorel); sculptures (among others Anna Triad, 15th century, Christopher); epitaph of bishop Angelus d'Ongies by J.P. Baurscheit from 1705. Churchyard wall and two sets of gate piers with crowning ornaments. Belfry with bells consisting of a bell by Petit & Gebr. Edelbrock, 1894, diameter 192 cm, and four modern bells.
