Villa "Heidestein"; omstreeks 1815 gebouwd landhuis annex boerderij gelegen in klein landschapspark uit ca.1860. Het woonhuis is een op een rechthoekige plattegrond gebouwd, gepleisterd pand met verdieping onder met geglazuurde blauwe pannen gedekt omlopend schilddak. De 5 traveeën brede, symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft een middenrisaliet, waarin een met pilasters en kroonlijst omgeven dubbele deur met gietijzeren deurroosters en bovenlicht, hoekpilasters, 6-ruits schuifvensters met blinden en is afgesloten met een brede geprofileerde kroonlijst en een goot op klossen. Boven de middenpartij een dakkapel met 6-ruits schuifvensters en bekroond door fronton. In de met brede geprofileerde kroonlijst en goot op klossen afgesloten zijgevels eveneens 6-ruits schuifvensters met blinden en enige blinde vensternissen. Tegen de achtergevel een forse middenlangsdeel-schuur onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfdak; in de voorste, bij het woonhuis getrokken, 6- en 9- ruitsvensters (met luiken); in de achtergevel met vlechtingen getoogde deeldeuren en daarboven een hooiluik in het midden en aan weerszijden een 4- ruits rondboograam en een getoogde staldeur. Links van het huis een eenvoudige, in baksteen opgetrokken, gepleisterde zwengelpomp.

Description
Villa "Heidestein"; country house with attached farmyard built circa 1815 situated in a small landscape park from circa 1860. The dwelling house is built on a rectangular ground plan, a plastered building with upper storey covered with glazed blue tiled hipped roof. The 5-bay wide, symmetrically arranged front facade has a central risalit, in which a double door surrounded by pilasters and cornice with cast-iron door grilles and fanlight, corner pilasters, 6-pane sash windows with blinds and is terminated with a broad profiled cornice and a gutter on corbels. Above the central section a roof-light with 6-pane sash windows and crowned by a pediment. In the side facades, also terminated with broad profiled cornice and gutter on corbels, likewise 6-pane sash windows with blinds and some blind window openings. Against the rear facade a substantial middle-lengthwise barn section under hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles; in the front part, drawn up to the dwelling house, 6- and 9-pane windows (with shutters); in the rear facade with woven arched partition doors and above a hay-door in the middle and on either side a 4-pane round-arch window and a woven stable door. To the left of the house a simple pump of brick construction, plastered.
