Dwarshuis (XIXa) van alleen begane-grond met zadeldak tussen puntgevels. Rood gesausd metselwerk met gele vensterstrekken. Oorspronkelijk deur; zesruitsschuiframen met gegroefde middenstijlen. Hoekstoeppalen met kettingen. Aan de achterzijde aanbouw onder lessenaarsdak met in de vensters negenruitsschuiframen. Belangrijk voor de situatie bij het Hof van Moerkerken.

Transverse house (early 19th century) of ground floor only with gabled roof between pointed gables. Red-stuccoed brickwork with yellow window frames. Original door; six-light sash windows with grooved middle stiles. Corner bollards with chains. On the rear side extension under penthouse roof with nine-light sash windows in the windows. Important for the situation at the Hof van Moerkerken.
