Omschrijving
Stationsgebouw, als kopstation gelegen aan de Haarlemmermeerlijn in landhuisachtige trant gebouwd, in 1915. Blijkens ingemetselde steen met inscriptie ontworpen door H. van Emmerik. Opgetrokken in baksteen, afgewisseld met enkele natuursteenbanden en blokken boven de vensters onder hoogopgaande met leien gedekte kap voorzien van dakkapellen met frontons; gekorniste kroonlijst. De ingangspartij - met stoep - bevindt zich in het midden, heeft een luifel en een van houten pijlers en fronton voorziene loggia in de kapverdieping. Te weerszijden hiervan twee erkers, bekroond door met de hoofdkap verbonden "koepels". Te linkerzijde de stationsrestauratie in dezelfde trant, haaks op het hoofdgebouw. Aan de perronzijde een door een kroonlijst afgesloten overdekking gesteund door vierkante pijlers.

Description
Station building, constructed in a country house style as a terminal station on the Haarlemmermeerlijn in 1915. According to an inset stone with inscription, designed by H. van Emmerik. Built in brickwork, interspersed with some natural stone bands and blocks above the windows under a high-pitched roof covered with tiles and provided with roof dormers with pediments; corniced cornice. The entrance section - with stoep - is located in the middle, has a canopy and a loggia provided with wooden columns and pediment in the roof storey. On either side of this two oriels, crowned by 'domes' connected to the main roof. On the left side the station restaurant in the same style, at right angles to the main building. On the platform side a covering terminated by a cornice supported by square columns.
