Het PAND ontleend zijn monumentale waarde uitsluitend aan a) het aan de Marnixkade gelegen woonhuis met puntgevel met rollaag en in de vensters zes en negenruits schuiframen en b) het rechts daarop aansluitende winkelgedeelte van begane grond met laag dak, dat rechts aansluit tegen een puntgevel; beide gedeelten (XVIII B ?) hebben een doorlopende puibalk. Voorts aan c) een aan het Kerkplein gelegen 17e eeuws als pakhuis gebruikt huisje ter hoogte van twee verdiepingen met een aan de straat evenwijdige nok tussen twee tuitgevels.

Description
The BUILDING derives its monumental value exclusively from a) the residential house on the Marnixkade with pointed gable with roll moulding and in the windows six- and nine-pane sash windows and b) the shop section of ground floor adjoining it to the right with low roof, which adjoins to the right against a pointed gable; both sections (XVIII B ?) have a continuous lower storey beam. Furthermore from c) a seventeenth-century small house on the Kerkplein formerly used as warehouse at the height of two storeys with a ridge parallel to the street between two spout gables.
