Bij de villa "Steenbergen" behorende, vrijstaande TUINMANSWONING, gebouwd op vergelijkbare, zij het sobere trant, op een L-vormige grondslag zonder verdieping onder een samenstel van rieten daken - met overstek en halfronde dakkapellen - waarbij het kubusvormige bakstenen woongedeelte is voorzien van vensters met kleine roedenverdeling en luiken - een driedelig in de O.- een enkel en een kelderraam in de N.- en twee dubbelvensters en een kelderraam in de W.gevel - en het aan de Z. zijde aangebouwde schuurgedeelte gepotdekselde delen bezit, met een driedelig en een dubbelvenster aan de W.zijde en een door een houten colonnet ondersteunde luifel in de Z.O.hoek ten behoeve van de aldaar gesitueerde ingang; de schoorsteen is midden op de kap over het bakstenen woonblok geplaatst.

Associated with the villa "Steenbergen", free-standing GARDENER'S COTTAGE, built on a comparable, albeit austere manner, on an L-shaped ground plan without upper storey under an assembly of thatched roofs - with overhang and half-round roof dormers - whereby the cubic-shaped brick residential section is provided with windows with small glazing bars and shutters - a three-part in the E., a single window and a basement window in the N., and two double windows and a basement window in the W. gable - and the shed section built on to the S. side possesses pan-tiled sections, with a three-part and a double window on the W. side and a canopy supported by a wooden colonette in the S.E. corner for the entrance situated there; the chimney is placed in the middle of the roof over the brick residential block.
