Omschrijving
Woning zonder verdieping onder zadeldak gedekt met pannen; tegen de rechter zijgevel een lagere aanbouw onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Aan de voorzijde een iets uitspringende inpandige veranda met houten hekwerk. In de voor- en zijgevel(s) getoogde T-vensters met 4-ruits bovenlicht; in de zijgevel van de aanbouw twee kleine, getoogde schuifvensters. De geveltoppen van de zijgevels hebben door uitspringende baksteenbanden een vakwerkachtig aanzien, terwijl de bovenste punten van de geveltoppen van de woning bovendien bekleed zijn met hout. De in baksteen opgetrokken en met cement bestreken woning is wit geverfd met zwarte plint. De woning met rechthoekige, door afscheiding omgrensd erf dateert uit de jaren 1907-1909, is ontworpen door A.Reichpietsch en vormt een deel van de mijnwerkerskolonie "Hopel", welke in opdracht van de mijn Laura & Vereeniging werd gebouwd.

Description
Dwelling without a storey underneath a gabled roof covered with tiles; against the right side facade a lower annexe under a gabled roof covered with tiles. On the front side a slightly projecting veranda integrated within the building with wooden railings. In the front and side facade(s) arched T-windows with 4-pane fanlights; in the side facade of the annexe two small, arched sash windows. The gable tops of the side facades have by projecting brick bands a half-timbered appearance, while the upper points of the gable tops of the dwelling are moreover clad with wood. The dwelling constructed in brick and covered with cement is painted white with black plinth. The dwelling with rectangular, fenced-off yard dates from the years 1907-1909, was designed by A.Reichpietsch and forms part of the miners' colony "Hopel", which was built on commission of the mine Laura & Vereeniging.
