Groot pand, in oorsprong wel XVII, linker helft onderkelderd, thans gepleisterd aan de Veemarktzijde. Aan de Kleine Noord laat XVIIIe eeuwse gevel met rechte kroonlijst. Gevelsteen de Roskam. Sleutelsituatie aan begin van de stad.
