Omschrijving
Noorderkerk. Driebeukige in hout overwelfde hallenkerk (1441-1519), waarvan de westgevel met drie toppen straatwand vormt aan het Kleine Noord. Omheind kerkhof langs de Veemarkt en in 1960 ontstaan pad aan de noordzijde. Twee versierde ingangen aan Kleine Noord (middenbeuk en zijgevel zuiderbeuk), met laat 18e eeuwse deuren; uithangende wijzerplaat aan de middentopgevel. Portaal aan koor. Inwendig bijzonder mooi interieur: koorhek, 1642; preekstoel met achterschot en klankbord op doopvont staande, 1635; doophek met twee doopbogen, 1688; doopbanken en doopbekkenhouder benevens twee koperen lezenaars; banken uit 1641; gotisch spiltrapje uit de Grote Kerk; schot voor de kloklodenkast, 1725; tochtportaal 1643; zeven koperen kronen, zes armen en vier tekstborden. In de consistorie schouw en wandkast, XVIII. Een eenklaviers orgel van ca. 1720 van Westfaalse factuur, dat in 1972 in Hoorn werd geplaatst. Klokkenstoel met klok van Cornelius van Ammeroy, 1606, diam. 70,5 cm.

Noorderkerk. Three-aisled hallenkerk with wood vault (1441-1519), of which the west facade with three gable tops forms the street facade at Kleine Noord. Enclosed churchyard along the Veemarkt and path created in 1960 on the north side. Two decorated entrances at Kleine Noord (central aisle and side facade south aisle), with late 18th century doors; projecting clock face on the central gable roof. Portal at choir. Internally particularly fine interior: rood screen, 1642; pulpit with back panel and canopy standing on font, 1635; baptistry gate with two baptistry arches, 1688; baptistry benches and font holder together with two brass lecterns; benches from 1641; Gothic spiral staircase from the Grote Kerk; screen for the bell-ringer's cupboard, 1725; draught portal 1643; seven brass crowns, six arms and four text boards. In the vestry fireplace and wall cupboard, 18th century. A one-manual organ of circa 1720 of Westphalian manufacture, which was installed in Hoorn in 1972. Bell frame with bell by Cornelius van Ammeroy, 1606, diameter 70.5 cm.
