Omschrijving
Boerenhoeve bestaande uit een fors woonhuis. Het woonhuis onder zadeldak is gedateerd 1834, het heeft in de langszijde voordeur met bovenlicht; 12-ruits schuifvensters met strekken. In een gedeelte van het aan de linkerzijde uitgebouwde huis een tegelkamer.
Geactualiseerde omschrijving
INLEIDING
Vrijstaand WOONHUIS, evenwijdig aan de straat en in de dorpskom gelegen, gebouwd ter vervanging van het vorige woonhuis. Het dateert uit 1831 en is uitgevoerd in een streek eigen bouwtrant. Aanbouw met plat aan de zuidzijde van de woning uit ca. 1963 komt niet voor bescherming in aanmerking.
OMSCHRIJVING
WOONHUIS op rechthoekige plattegrond met gedeeltelijke kelderverdieping, één bouwlaag en kapverdieping. Het pand heeft een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en hoekschoorstenen. Het is opgetrokken uit gele ijsselsteentjes in kruisverband op een gepleisterde plint en voorzien van staafankers. De houten, voornamelijk 12-ruits schuiframen, zijn recent in oude vorm vernieuwd. De gevelopeningen worden afgesloten door strekken. De voorgevel aan de oostzijde is een symmetrische langsgevel met een vernieuwde voordeur met bovenlicht en aan weerszijden twee schuiframen, afgesloten door een geprofileerde bakgoot. De zijgevel aan de zuidzijde bevat op de begane grond vlakbij de voorgevel een 6-ruits venster; een groot deel van de gevel wordt ingenomen door de niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komende aanbouw. In de top twee kleine ramen. De achtergevel aan de westzijde is een symmetrische langsgevel met dezelfde indeling als de voorgevel. De zijgevel aan de noordzijde heeft op de begane grond twee 8-ruits schuiframen, op de verdieping drie 6-ruits draairamen. In de top een klein raam met roedeverdeling en daarboven jaartalsteen. In het interieur is met name de tegelkamer met wanden met 17e eeuwse tegeltableaus van oude paarse mangaantegels, die uit het voormalige boerenwoonhuis afkomstig zijn, van belang. Voorts onder meer hal van voor naar achter met natuurstenen vloer, diverse sobere schouwtjes, voormalige opkamer (nu in twee kamers gedeeld) boven de kelder, houten deuren.

Detached RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, parallel to the street and located in the village centre, built to replace the previous residential building. It dates from 1831 and is executed in a building style characteristic of the region. Extension with flat roof on the south side of the building from c. 1963 is not eligible for protection.
DESCRIPTION
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING on rectangular floor plan with partial basement storey, one storey and roof storey. The building has a gabled roof covered with quiet-laid cross pantiles and corner chimneys. It is constructed from yellow Ijssel bricks in cross bond on a rendered plinth and provided with rod anchors. The wooden, mainly 12-pane sash windows, have recently been renewed in the old form. The facade openings are closed by frames. The front facade on the east side is a symmetrical long facade with a renewed front door with fanlight and on either side two sash windows, closed by a profiled brick gutter. The side facade on the south side contains on the ground floor near the front facade a 6-pane window; a large part of the facade is occupied by the extension which is not eligible for protection. In the top two small windows. The rear facade on the west side is a symmetrical long facade with the same arrangement as the front facade.
