Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en met een met leien gedekt dakschild, dat doorloopt over het westelijk buurpand, aan de straatzijde; risalerend westelijk gedeelte onder insteekkap tegen tuitgevel met trap, piroenen en pinakel.
Gevel met hardstenen plint, natuurstenen banden, blokken en decoratieve details, en afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met mutuli, die als band doorloopt over het risaliet en daar gedecoreerd is met diamantkoppen.
Deur met gedeeld bovenlicht en getoogde ontlastingsboog; in totaal vijf rechtgesloten schuiframen in getoogde vensters (op begane grond in 1978 enigszins gewijzigd); in de geveltop twee rechtgesloten ramen met tegels in de rondgesloten boogvelden erboven; dakkapel onder ingesnoerd zadeldak met schild.

Description
Building dating from ca. 1897, built to the design of J.Dony, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, flat-roofed with one storey and with a slate-covered roof shield that extends over the western neighbouring building, on the street side; projecting western section under recessed gable against spout gable with step, crockets and pinnacle.
Facade with hard stone plinth, natural stone bands, blocks and decorative details, and closed off by a mortared cornice with mutules, which runs as a band over the risalite and is there decorated with diamond-pointed bosses.
Door with divided fanlight and arched relieving arch; in total five rectangular sash windows in arched windows (on ground floor somewhat altered in 1978); in the gable top two rectangular windows with tiles in the rounded arched fields above; roof dormer under squeezed gabled roof with shield.
