Omschrijving
Aan 13e eeuwse waterpoort grenzend, over de Dieze gebouwd, reeds vanaf de middeleeuwen tot het Groot-Ziekengasthuis behorend pand (XV B) met verdieping onder met pannen gedekt wolfdak.
In de in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken oostgevel: Dieze boog, 8-ruits draairamen op begane grond, twee 19e eeuwse houten kruiskozijnen op verdieping, staafankers en diverse oude bouwsporen. In de westgevel gedeeltelijk oud metselwerk met bouwsporen, segmentboog en oud kruiskozijn. Kopgevels ca.1942 vernieuwd.
Inwendig: moer- en kinderbinten balklaag met laatgotische sleutelstukken; hoge stucwerk schoorsteenmantel (XIX A) thans fungerend als deuromlijsting.

Description
Bordering on a 13th-century water gate, built over the Dieze, a building belonging to the Groot-Ziekengasthuis (Great Hospital) since the Middle Ages (XV B) with storey under with pantile-covered half-hipped roof.
In the east gable executed in neat brickwork: Dieze arch, 8-light casement windows on ground floor, two 19th-century wooden cross windows on upper storey, staple wall anchors and various old building marks. In the west gable partially old brickwork with building marks, segmental arch and old cross window. Gable ends circa 1942 renewed.
Internally: principal and secondary tie-beam floor with late Gothic keystones; tall stucco fireplace surround (XIX A) now functioning as door surround.
