Omschrijving
Voormalige in 1903 gebouwd Centraal Kantoor van het Bestuur der Godshuizen; complex bestaande uit twee losse huizen onder met blauwe Hollandse en muldenpannen gedekte zadeldaken en een dwars hierachterstaand achterhuis onder met leien gedekt Mansardedak.
Het linkerpand dat met de linkerzijgevel op de muur van de Binnen Dieze staat bestaat uit begane grond, verdieping en zolder met borstwering. De vloeren en balklagen zijn van beton. De kap is door stucwerkbespanning aan het gezicht onttrokken.
De voorgevel is een XXa trapgevel van schoon metselwerk met op de begane grond een poort met twee ramen ernaast, op de verdieping drie schuiframen met achtruiters en een modern raam in de top.

Description
Former Central Office of the Board of Almshouses built in 1903; complex consisting of two separate houses with blue Dutch and pantile-covered gabled roofs and a cross-positioned rear building with slate-covered mansard roof.
The left building, with its left side gable on the wall of the Binnen Dieze, consists of ground floor, first floor and attic with parapet. The floors and beam layers are of concrete. The roof truss structure is concealed from view by stucco covering.
The front facade is an early 19th-century stepped gable of fine brickwork with on the ground floor a doorway with two windows beside it, on the first floor three sash windows with adjustable frames and a modern window at the top.
