Tot het laat 19e eeuwse Tilmanshofje behorend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken blok woningen; middenpartij met verdieping onder met blauwe kruispannen gedekt zadeldak met boven middenrisaliet insteekkap tegen puntgevel met gesneden houten sierconstructie in overstek van kap; zijvleugels zonder verdieping onder met blauwe kruispannen gedekte zadeldaken. Gevels verlevendigd met gepleisterde banden en siermetselwerk in gele baksteen rond deuren met bovenlicht en getoogde vensters met rechtgesloten T-ramen en grote 4-ruits ramen. Ten dele oorspronkelijke en ten dele later aangebrachte dakkapellen.

Description
Belonging to the late 19th century Tilmanshofje, built in fair-faced brickwork block of dwellings; central section with storey beneath covered with blue cross tiles with gabled roof with inserted roof structure above central projection against gable with carved timber ornamental construction in roof overhang; side wings without storey beneath covered with blue cross tiles with gabled roofs. Gables enlivened with plastered bands and decorative brickwork in yellow brick around doors with fanlight and arched windows with straight-closed T-bars and large 4-pane windows. Partly original and partly later added roof dormers.
