Omschrijving
Tot het laat 19e eeuwse Tilmanshofje behorend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken pandje zonder verdieping op L-vormige plattegrond en onder met blauwe kruispannen gedekt omlopend zadeldak tegen puntgevels met gesneden houten sierconstructie in overstek van kap en bekroond door piroen. Gevels verlevendigd door gepleisterde banden en siermetselwerk in gele baksteen rond getoogde vensters met rechtgesloten T-ramen, groot 6-ruits raam in zuidelijke eindgevel en smalle 2-lichts ramen in geveltoppen; deur met bovenlicht en met leien gedekt afdakje rustend op sierlijk gesneden constructie met muurstijl, korbeel en schoren.

Description
Belonging to the late 19th century Tilmanshofje, built in fair-faced brickwork, small house without storey on L-shaped plan and beneath covered with blue cross tiles with continuous gabled roof against gables with carved timber ornamental construction in the roof overhang and crowned by finial. Gables enlivened by plastered bands and decorative brickwork in yellow brick around arched windows with straight-closed T-bars, large 6-pane window in southern end gable and narrow 2-light windows in gable tops; door with fanlight and with slate covered canopy resting on elegantly carved construction with wall pillar, corbel and braces.
