Omschrijving
Tot het laat 19e eeuwse Tilmanshofje behorend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlak gedekt pandje zonder verdieping met risalerende, hoger opgetrokken middenpartij onder met leien gedekt zadeldak tussen met vakwerk gedecoreerde puntgevels en met gesneden houten sierconstructie in de overstek van de kap.
Gevels verlevendigd door gepleisterde banden en siermetselwerk in gele baksteen rond deur met 4-ruits bovenlicht en rond T-ramen met 6-ruits bovenlicht, en afgesloten door goot op gesneden consoles.
In geveltoppen T-raam met 8-ruits bovenlicht. Vlakgedekte achterbouw met 4-ruits schuifraam en ommuurde binnenplaats met poort.

Description
Belonging to the late 19th century Tilmanshofje, built in fair-faced brickwork, flat-roofed small house without storey with projecting, higher-raised central section beneath with slate-covered gabled roof between timber-decorated gables and with carved timber ornamental construction in the roof overhang.
Gables enlivened by plastered bands and decorative brickwork in yellow brick around door with 4-pane fanlight and around T-bars with 6-pane fanlight, and concluded by gutter on carved consoles.
In gable tops T-bar with 8-pane fanlight. Flat-roofed rear structure with 4-pane sash window and walled courtyard with gate.
