In schoon metselwerk - met gepleisterde banden en blokken - opgetrokken blok van vier WONINGEN met verdiep onder met rode muldenpannen gedekt wolfdak (nok evenwijdig aan de straat) en met aan de voorzijde - symmetrisch t.o.v. de middenas - twee risalerende ingangspartijen onder insteekkap met wolfeind; aan weerszijden van de insteekkappen brede, lage (gekoppelde) dakkapel; aan de achterzijde - ter hoogte van de risalieten - twee T-vormige aanbouwen (gangen en bijkeukens) zonder verdieping onder zadeldaken; getoogde T-vensters met 4- en 8-ruits bovenlichten en grote roedenverdeling in onderramen; getoogde deuren. De woningen zijn mogelijk naar ontwerp van arch. Lugten in 1912 gebouwd door de Oranje Nassau Mijnen ten behoeve van vier beambten van de mijn Oranje Nassau III en vormen door de aanleg, waarin de hierarchische opbouw van het mijnwezen tot uiting komt, en door de eenheid in architectuur, kleur- en materiaalgebruik tesamen met Ganzeweide 27 t/m 41 het meest gave voorbeeld van de woningbouw voor (hogere) mijnbeambten.

Description
In fair brickwork - with rendered bands and blocks - erected block of four DWELLINGS with storey underneath covered with red pantiles half-hipped roof (ridge parallel to the street) and with on the front - symmetrical with respect to the central axis - two projecting entrance sections under inset gable with half-hipped end; on either side of the inset gables broad, low coupled roof dormer; on the rear - at the height of the projections - two T-shaped annexes (corridors and sculleries) without storey underneath under gabled roofs; arched T-windows with 4- and 8-pane fanlights and large glazing bars in lower windows; arched doors. The dwellings were possibly built according to design by architect Lugten in 1912 by the Oranje Nassau Mines for the benefit of four officials of the Oranje Nassau III mine and form, through the layout, in which the hierarchical structure of the mining system is expressed, and through the unity in architecture, colour and material use together with Ganzeweide 27 to 41 the finest surviving example of housing construction for (senior) mining officials.
