Omschrijving
17e eeuws, onderkelderd WOONHUIS met voor- en achterhuis onder pannen schilddaken; de bakstenen voorgevel op natuurstenen plint bevat op de beganegrondverdieping een 19e eeuwse houten winkelpui met dubbele ingang in het midden en getoogde vensters ter weerszijden, afgesloten met een puibalk, op de verdieping een drietal zesruitsschuifvensters, en wordt afgesloten door een fries met consoles en een kroonlijst.
Inwendig een tongewelfde kelder, en op de verdieping (thans genummerd Warmoesstraat 1 D) een moer- en kinderbalkenplafond, gesteund door muurstijlen met korbeels en sleutelstukken; de kinderbalken zijn beschilderd met een leliemotief; in de oostwand bevinden zich voorts nog drie lichtnissen.

Description
17th-century, cellared DWELLING HOUSE with front and rear house under tiled hipped roofs; the brick front facade on natural stone plinth contains on the ground storey a 19th-century wooden shop front with double entrance in the middle and arched windows on either side, closed off with a shop beam, on the storey three six-pane sash windows, and is terminated by a frieze with consoles and a cornice.
Internally a barrel-vaulted cellar, and on the storey (now numbered Warmoesstraat 1 D) a mother and child beam ceiling, supported by wall pilasters with corbels and keystones; the child beams are painted with a lily motif; in the east wall there are moreover still three light openings.
