In oorsprong wellicht 18e eeuws woonhuis met verdieping onder dwars pannen zadeldak, met lijstgevel waarin omlijste ingangspartij en daarnaast een brede paneeldeur uit de bouwtijd; op de verdieping twee zesruitsschuifvensters.
Dit pand is thans via het trappenhuis verbonden met de aangrenzende panden Oude Groenmarkt 2 en 4 wat de bovenverdieping betreft.

Description
Originally presumably 18th-century residential building with storey under transverse pantile gabled roof, with cornice-topped facade featuring a framed entrance section and alongside it a wide panelled door from the period of construction; on the storey two six-pane sash windows.
This building is now connected via the stairwell with the adjoining buildings at Oude Groenmarkt 2 and 4 as far as the upper storey is concerned.
