Omschrijving
18e eeuws, onderkelderd hoekpand met verdieping onder pannen schilddak en met omlopende kroonlijst; de bakstenen gevels hebben een natuurstenen plint en verder schuifvenster; de rechts in de gevel aan de Oude Groenmarkt gesitueerde ingang bevat een bovenlicht met gietijzeren levensboom en een houten omlijsting met een van gebeeldhouwde ranken voorzien fries en kroonlijst.
Aan dit pand grenst een inwendig daarmede verheeld, twee verdiepingen hoog achterhuis, onder dwars pannen zadeldak, voorzien van een 19e eeuwse bakstenen gevel met natuurstenen plint aan de Warmoesstraat, waarin getoogde zes- en vierruitsschuifvensters en afgesloten met een fries met consoles en een kroonlijst.

Description
18th-century, cellared corner building with storey under tiled hipped roof and with encircling cornice; the brick facades have a natural stone plinth and further sash windows; the entrance situated to the right in the facade on the Oude Groenmarkt contains a fanlight with cast-iron tree of life and a wooden moulding with a frieze decorated with carved foliage and cornice.
Adjacent to this building borders a rear house internally therewith connected, two storeys high, under cross tiled gabled roof, furnished with a 19th-century brick facade with natural stone plinth on the Warmoesstraat, in which arched six- and four-pane sash windows and closed off with a frieze with consoles and a cornice.
