Omschrijving
Herv. Kerk met toren op Kerkhof. Het westelijke gedeelte waarop de toren rust met een aangrenzend muurgedeelte zijn van tufsteen opgetrokken en dateren nog wel uit de 12e eeuw. Ook het bakstenen koor met gewelf is zeer oud; het grootste gedeelte van het schip dateert uit 1808. In de kerk preekstoel, welke van de herstellingen van 1808 dateert; herenbank met snijwerk, twee banken met knoppen, daarop zijn de koperen kandelaars uit de kerk Grootegast gemonteerd. Ook de koperen kroon is afkomstig van Grootegast. Aantal 17e eeuwse zerken. Orgel in 1866 gemaakt door G.P. Dik.

Description
Protestant Church with tower on Churchyard. The western section on which the tower rests together with an adjoining wall section are built of tufa stone and still date from the 12th century. The brick choir with vault is also very old; the greater part of the nave dates from 1808. In the church pulpit, which dates from the restorations of 1808; gentlemen's bench with carved work, two benches with knobs, on which the brass candlesticks from the church Grootegast are mounted. The brass crown also originates from Grootegast. Number of 17th century tombstones. Organ made in 1866 by G.P. Dik.
