Achttiende eeuws WOONHUIS, in twee fasen gebouwd, bestaande uit voorhuis (circa 1733-34), waaraan in 1876 vastgebouwd tuinmuur en dwarshuis (1774); wijzigingen in 1876 en 1904.
Het voorhuis, dat in 1733-34 werd opgetrokken als woning bij de er tegenover gelegen suikerraffinaderij, is voorzien van een gepleisterde negentiende eeuwse lijstgevel (1876) met bescheiden stuc-ornamentering, heeft zesruitsschuif- en T-vensters en wordt gedekt door een met geglazuurde oud-Hollandse pannen belegd zadeldak.
De indeling van de zijgevel, met drie paar openslaande deuren, dateert van 1876.
Inwendig waardevolle achttiende-eeuwse interieur-onderdelen, zoals marmer-betegelde gang, marmeren fontein in nis, paneeldeuren en stucwerk langs balken en schoorsteenmantel in tuinkamer.

Description
Eighteenth-century dwelling house, built in two phases, consisting of front house (circa 1733-34), to which in 1876 was built adjoining garden wall and crosshouse (1774); alterations in 1876 and 1904.
The front house, which was erected in 1733-34 as a dwelling beside the sugar refinery opposite it, is provided with a plastered nineteenth-century cornice-topped facade (1876) with modest stucco ornamentation, has six-pane sash and T-windows and is covered by a gabled roof laid with glazed old-Dutch tiles.
The arrangement of the side facade, with three pairs of French doors, dates from 1876.
Internally valuable eighteenth-century interior components, such as marble-tiled hallway, marble fountain in niche, panelled doors and stucco work along beams and fireplace mantel in garden room.
The crosshouse built in 1774 is covered by a hipped roof likewise laid with glazed old-Dutch tiles with round-timber roof truss structure; lead ridge capping with pride lead tabs W(illem) R(oegholt) 1774; six-pane casement windows and French doors.
