Herv.KERK. Zaalkerk met vijfzijdige sluiting, steunberen en spitsboogvensters en boven de façade een houten torentje. Uit 1651 maar ingrijpend vernieuwd in 1792. Preekstoel en doophek, XVII. Eenklaviers orgel, in 1906 door Bakker en Timmenga gemaakt voor de Geref. Kerk te St. Annaparochie en in 1927 overgeplaatst naar West-Graftdijk. Lezenaar, doopboog en doopbekkenhouder (met bekken) en drie lichtkronen van koper, XVII. Klokkenstoel met klok van François en Pieter Hemony, 1651, diam. 89 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk van Lambertsz., 1654.

Description
Ref. CHURCH. Hall church with five-sided closure, buttresses and pointed-arch windows and above the façade a wooden small tower. From 1651 but extensively renewed in 1792. Pulpit and baptismal gate, 17th century. One-manual organ, made in 1906 by Bakker and Timmenga for the Reformed Church at St. Annaparochie and relocated to West-Graftdijk in 1927. Lectern, baptismal arch and baptismal basin holder (with basin) and three light crowns of brass, 17th century. Bell frame with bell by François and Pieter Hemony, 1651, diam. 89 cm. Mechanical tower clock by Lambertsz., 1654.
