Omschrijving
Kerktoren. Overblijfsel van de middeleeuwse kerk van St. Jan de Doper, 1927 is afgebroken. De toren is een bakstenen bouwwerk uit de tweede helft van de vijftiende eeuw, met haakse steunberen, die, evenals de romp, met rondbogige en spitsbogige spaarvelden, waarin driepassen, versierd zijn. Eikenhouten klokkenstoel met drie jukken, rechte houten luidassen met verhoogstukken en luidarmen. De stoel is voorzien van gehakte merken en gedateerd: ANNO 1741.

Description
Church tower. Remnant of the medieval church of St. John the Baptist, demolished in 1927. The tower is a brick structure from the second half of the fifteenth century, with angular buttresses, which, like the body, are decorated with round-arched and pointed-arched spandrels in which trefoils are ornamental. Oak wooden bell frame with three yokes, straight wooden bell ropes with lifting pieces and bell arms. The frame is provided with carpenters' marks and dated: ANNO 1741.
