HOEKPAND Hofstraat. Huis van begane grond en verdieping (XVII a) onder zadeldak, oorspronkelijk tussen trapgevels, waarvan de westelijke door de aanbouw van een hoger 19e-eeuws pand verdwenen en de oostelijke tot een puntgevel met rollagen gewijzigd. De puntgevel aan de Hofstraat heeft geprofileerde natuurstenen waterlijsten, geblokte korfbogige ontlastingsbogen, geprofileerde dekplaten overgebleven van de onderste trappen, en fraaie muurankers. Ramen stijl XVIII; de zijgevel aan de Hof heeft korfbogige ontlastingsbogen met sluitstenen en muurankers. Gootlijst met houten consoles. Schuiframen Empire. Op de hoek uitgebouwd secreet.

CORNER PREMISES Hofstraat. House of ground floor and storey (first half of the 17th century) under a gabled roof, originally between stepped gables, of which the western disappeared through the building of a higher 19th-century premises and the eastern was altered to a pointed gable with voussoirs. The pointed gable on the Hofstraat has profiled natural stone drip mouldings, blocky relieving arches, profiled coping stones remaining from the lower steps, and fine ornamental wall anchors. Windows style 18th century; the side facade on the Hof has relieving arches with voussoirs and ornamental wall anchors. Cornice with wooden consoles. Sash windows Empire. On the corner an extended privy.
Fine building of general importance on account of archaeological and artistic-historical value.
