Aansluitend op nummer 12 aan de zuidzijde van de Hof een PAND zonder verdieping begin 18e eeuw, zonder zadeldak, dat aansluit tegen een puntgevel met vlechtingen en oeil-de-boeuf in gebeeldhouwde omlijsting. Vensters met zesruitsschuiframen en luiken. Naast de puntgevel van dit pand twee bakstenen pijlers met natuurstenen dekplaten en gebeeldhouwde granaatappels, 18e eeuw.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens bijzondere oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
Adjoining no. 12 on the south side of the Hof a PREMISES without storey early 18th century, without gabled roof, which abuts against a pointed gable with basketwork and oeil-de-boeuf in carved frame. Windows with six-pane sash windows and shutters. Beside the pointed gable of this premises two brick piers with natural stone coping stones and carved pomegranates, 18th century.
Fine building of general importance on account of special archaeological and artistic-historical value.
