Stadsboterhuis. Aan de westwand van de Markt schuin achter het stadhuis gelegen sober bouwwerk met bakstenen lijstgevel, voorzien van brede middenrisaliet, aan de Marktzijde. Boven de middenrisaliet een fronton met stadswapen en in de kroonlijst het jaartal 1765. Rijk versierde topgevel met festoenen en voluten, bekroond door het stadswapen met: 1765, aan de achterzijde. In het midden van de achtertopgevel een oeil-de-bouef, waarin gebeeldhouwde ton. roedenverdeling achtergevel uit de bouwtijd.

Description
City Butter House. A sober brick building with cornice-topped facade located on the west wall of the Markt, obliquely behind the Town Hall, with a broad central risalit on the Markt side. Above the central risalit a pediment with city coat of arms and in the cornice the date 1765. Richly decorated top gable with festoons and volutes, crowned by the city coat of arms with: 1765, on the rear side. In the middle of the rear top gable an oeil-de-bouef, in which sculpted barrel glazing bars, rear facade glazing bars from the construction period.
