Described in the first survey in 1970 as:
'Post 1834. A single-storey lodge with harled and whitened walls and hipped slated roof. There is a central brick chimney. Two D/H windows with cross g.b. flank a four panel door protected by a felt roofed timber porch. Poor condition.'
